Bosla Story

Bosla for Skills and Sustainable Development is an integrated institutional entity that empowers schools to achieve educational and pedagogical transformation based on proven methodologies and systematic impact measurement. Bosla focuses on providing training, consulting, and technological programs (such as a tracking platform) specifically designed for schools, through annual, semi-annual, or quarterly contractual models with structured service tiers.

The story of Bosla is based on the book "Bosla of Transformation", written by Dr. Hany El-Naggar, the company's founder and strategic advisor. The book reflects more than fifteen years of experience in managing transformation in technical and vocational education and direct engagement with the needs of the labor market. Bosla represents a practical extension of that expertise: the principles in the book were translated into practical methodologies and advanced development programs that address the real challenges facing institutions and individuals across the Arab world.

Vision

Bosla for Skills and Sustainable Development aims to serve as a framework for schools in designing a learning culture built on developing a comprehensive professional school identity. It seeks to be a practical reference enabler that emphasizes professionalism, measurable performance, and continuous improvement.

Mission

Empowering schools to discover their educational identity, build professional skills for students and teachers, and achieve sustainable development through comprehensive training and consulting programs, scientific measurement tools, and a customizable digital tracking platform.
